If I could define motherhood in two simple words, it would have to be “unconditional love.”
For me, becoming a mom is one of the greatest joys in my life. Rye, my son, is capable of creating so much joy for Joel and I. Especially when, every time I come home, he bursts through the door and dashes right over to me. It’s hands-down the best feeling in the world, and there’s absolutely nothing that compares to it.
Parenthood is a unique experience for everyone — often precious, always powerful, and fully all-consuming. It requires commitment, and no small amount of steadfastness for the ever-changing relationships between parent and child, of growing little ones, of new adventures. And that’s one of the reasons I was so drawn to Oeuf, a high-quality line of children’s products founded by Michael Ryan and Sophie Demenge and inspired by the birth of their first child back in 2002. The husband-and-wife duo focused on crafting a curated collection of children’s furniture, clothing, decor, and more that are sustainably sourced and responsibly created. And it’s the collection — from the nursery furniture to the toddler accessories — that provides the perfect accompaniment to days full of play and laughter and learning.
